Passive House

New house near Dover designed to Passivhaus standards is nearing completion. Highly insulated with triple glazed windows, the air test carried out achieved a result of 1.0 ach – 10 times better than the current Building Regulation standard. It features solar thermal and rainwater harvesting.

Planning Application submitted for teaching block designed by Conker Conservation to Passivhaus standard. We believe this will be the first college block built to this standard in the UK.

Non toxic Poison Shed

The conversion of a former storage building ‘The Old Poison Shed’ to a residential annexe is completed and the Clients take up residency. The building is Grade II listed and incorporates very high levels of insulation, underfloor heating, warm roof construction, MVHR, solar thermal and rainwater harvesting.
